Shipping & Returns

Return Policy
We know that not every purchase will fit & returns or exchanges are sometimes needed.  Please read our Return Policy below and use our Return Form included in your shipment to proceed with a return.

  • All items must be received within 15 days of the original shipment day for a full refund or store credit. You are responsible for the cost of shipping returns unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item, etc.). 
  • All items must be returned to us in their original, un-worn, un-washed, smoke-free condition.
  • Sale items are final and can not be returned.
  • Jewelry and hair accessories can not be returned.
  • All items must be returned with their original tags attached.  Items returned without original tags are not in compliance with our return policy and will be refused. 


You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please fill out the Reason for Return Form included in your shipment and it must be included with your return.

Refunds or credits will not be given if your reason for returning does not fall within the conditions listed on this website or on the Reason for Return form.  If you ship an item back to us that does not qualify for credit or refund, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to you.

Pretty Little Things ships to the United States.  We are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses, Canada, International countries, as well as P.O. Boxes.
